His customers visit his shop to place the order, but do not carry the goods along with them after placing the order, because the goods are heavy in nature with each bag weighing nothing less than 25 kilograms. A businessman or a customer will not prefer to carry these huge bags of goods themselves. Instead they will place the order and later inform a transporter to fetch those bags of goods from the shop. Now the customers are from different cities and their transporters arrive on different days. So, it is difficult to keep a track of what is delivered and what is yet to be delivered. We developed a sotware to help maintain complete accounts with ledgers and inventories. Separate module of "Sales Delivery" was designed to keep track of the pending deliveries. The wholesaler now can easily generate a report also of the Physical Stock of different SKUs in his various godowns.
It was great news for us when one of our existing client opened a beauty salon. Being into this service industry, he needs to ensure that customers are well attended and quality service is provided. He also needs to keep a track of the performance of each of his staff. So we developed a "Sales" module in our application which not only asks for the list of services provided, but also the names of employees who provided each of those services. After the bill is generated, the "Sales" module requests the customer to provide his rating for each of those services. Reports were designed to determine the satisfaction and retention of customers. A list can be generated of customers who haven't shown up from a long time. The application also has reports to determine the employees who customers are most satisfied with.
It is a strange phase today as we need to restrict ourselves from meeting people because there is a fear of contracting Corona virus. To keep the pandemic in check, it is crucial for Government authorities to maintain the data of the suspects and patients of the COVID-19 disease. In collaboration with Hubballi Dharwad Smart City Limited, we developed a software for Dharwad District Administration which allows them to record all details of patients and suspects. Details of each of the swab tests performed on patients can also be saved. Even their quarantine details are stored and reports are designed for Administration to easily determine the list of quarantined people at various institutions. Different reports and graphs are provided to help Administration get a better picture of COVID-19 situation in the District. The latitute and longitude details are also saved to generate to heat map of the District on a Google Map, which will help the Administration in determining the localities with heavy concentration of COVID-19 cases.
We have a client who provides signage solutions. They cater to brands such as Servo and Vivo. We developed a customized software solution for them to easily track each of their orders. Their staff would visit the assigned outlets in the city to know the number of glowsign boards required by them. Using a measuring tape, they would determine the dimensions of the required glowsign boards. These details, rather than jotting in a book or a paper, are directly fed into the mobile app developed by us. As they use this app to record data in a predetermined format, they never miss collecting even the tiny details such as the type of glowsign board or GST number of the dealer, which needs to be displayed on the board. Using our mobile app, they also capture a photo of the wall on which the board needs to be mounted.
With the help of this mobile app, the fed data is saved on a web server and can be viewed by the administrator on a separate web application developed by us. The administrator sends this data to the graphic designer to come up with designs for the mentioned dimensions. After receiving the designs, it is uploaded in the web application. The data along with the designs is now sent to the fabricator. Once ready, the glowsign boards are dispatched to the respective locations. At every stage, the administrator changes the status of each of the orders in our application. Once installed, the staff again uses our mobile app to click a photo of the same wall with the glowsign board mounted on it. This customized software helped our client to track their orders along with images, right from their desk.
